Emnide.shop should not be confused for Aero Emnide the artist, who is a separate entity. “We” refers to the business as “Emnide.shop” while you, who is reading this on the Site, is considered “You”. This page sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use Emnide.shop and any other applications with this branding. By using any of our Services, including browsing this webpage, making an account, or purchasing from us, you agree with the terms listed below.

Whether you are a guest visitor or registered user, you are considered a User at any moment you are on the site, involve yourself with your Services, customer service, community platforms, or any other services by Emnide.shop or third parties authorized and used on Emnide.shop. IV. Merchandise Availability

Merchandise availability on our Site is not always guaranteed as it may be low in stock, part of a bundle, or any other possible complication. We do our best to represent stock value, though it may not always be accurate and there’s a possibility something was listed with more or less inventory than is actual; If you order something and we find ourselves unable to fulfill it, we will notify you via email and allow 24 hours for you to respond how you would like your order adjusted, afterwards your order will be cancelled. You can ask to have availability verified by contacting us and we can do a manual check. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have been shipped.

If we are not able to ship your order and have contacted you about it and have not heard from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled. All completed purchases come with a confirmation email that includes your Order Number and it is highly recommended you do not delete this email in case you need help with your order or need to provide information. If this email is deleted, Emnide.shop and any of its affiliates have no obligation to assist you in the case you need help with your order if you do not have other means of verifying your purchase.
